Mt Adams Wilderness Area Horse Packing

 

TERMS, CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND ITINERARY POLICY

*  A deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required to book and reserve a trip.

*  Remainder of the amount is due 14 days prior to the start of the trip.

Please read our cancellation, refund, and itinerary policy carefully.

*  Notice of cancellation must be given 14 days before scheduled trip.

*  If notice of cancellation is given after the 14 days requirement, you have two choices;


1. You may find a suitable replacement, or

2. The trip can be re-scheduled for a future date within the same season.

If you wish to choose these options, the above must be exercised within ten days of the scheduled trip, otherwise your payment will be forfeited.

 

*  No-shows will be charged 100% of trip cost.

*  No refund while trip is in progress.

*  If the amount of equipment or numbers of persons increases you must call ahead.

* Our company is not responsible for delays, poor weather, or other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary or cancel any trip due to adverse weather and/or trail conditions.

*  There is a 5% service charge on client-canceled trips.

*  A $25.00 charge will be made for returned checks.

Each client is required to sign a waiver releasing Trout Lake Pack Station from all risks, which must be read, completely filled out, and signed prior to the start of the horse packing trip.
